Delete your SyncSport account

In the app

  1. Open SyncSport and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Remove Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are removed.

Subscriptions keep billing

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your store’s subscription settings.

Without the app

You can also email support@syncsportapp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
