What is SyncSport?
SyncSport is a tactics board and team manager app for iPhone and Android, for futsal coaches, managers and players. It also supports football, basketball, volleyball, handball and ice hockey.
Which sports does SyncSport support?
Futsal, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball and Ice Hockey. Personal Pro covers the futsal board only, and Personal Ultimate unlocks every sport.
Is there a free version of SyncSport?
Yes. The free plan needs no purchase and includes one sport’s board, a limited number of personal plays and a limited team size.
How do I join a team?
Ask the team for its invite code or invite link. Open the link on your phone, or sign in to SyncSport and enter the code to join.
Where do I find my team’s invite code?
Team members with permission to invite people can share the code or link from the team in the app. If you can’t see it, ask your team’s owner or an admin.
How do I move Group Pro to another team?
Group Pro covers one team at a time. Open the team you own that should have it and choose to move Pro there. The previous team goes back to the free limits, and plays above those limits lock until Pro returns.
How do I restore my purchases?
Sign in with the same account and store account you bought with, then tap Restore Purchases in the app’s settings. If you have Group Pro that isn’t on a team yet, the app asks you to pick one of the teams you own.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Remove Account. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. More options are on the Delete account page.
